The Abilene Ruff Riders and Amarillo Venom will be at the Audrey
Grace House at 1 p.m. Saturday — six hours before they meet at the
Taylor County Coliseum in a Lone Star Football League game.
The Audrey Grace House is operated by New Horizons, a nonprofit
organization that works with children who have suffered abuse and
neglect.
The players will spend an hour with the children signing autographs
and playing games. Wali Mumin, a Ruff Riders player, is an employee at
the Audrey Grace House. The Ruff Riders will be donating tickets to all
staff and children at the Audrey Grace House.
